Carl Lucas / Frankenstein has won four of his races and only needs to win one more in order to be free. Several weeks prior to his final race, Lucas and his team are transported to another prison where they will compete in a Death Race through the desert. At the same time, Ceaser comes across a marketer who is interested (first post) in franchising the Death Race program.
